Si sottolinea come il Consolato d’Italia in Karachi, NON preveda altri metodi o vie diverse e, secondo quanto prevede la normativa Schengen, NON collabora, NON ha alcun accordo e NON accetta alcuna intromissione da parte di agenzie di consulenza, agenzie turistiche ed altre entità esterne per nessuna tipologia di visto.
Ogni persona interessata a richiedere il visto, di qualsiasi tipologia, deve svolgere individualmente, da solo la procedura volta ad ottenere l’appuntamento online necessario a presentare la propria domanda di visto corredata e completa della documentazione prevista come riportato nel dettaglio in modo esaustivo e completo sul sito istituzionale. Quanto qui viene descritto è l’unica procedura legale.
Il Consolato d’Italia in Karachi ha la titolarità per i richiedenti esclusivamente residenti nelle Regioni del Sindh e Baluchistan e NON per altre regioni.
VISTI PER STUDIO: ATTENZIONE MASSIMA da parte di tutti i richiedenti (studenti) interessati a richiedere il visto per STUDIO, si prega tali richiedenti prestare la diligenza e cura nel volersi prenotare esclusivamente negli “slot” previsti su base quotidiana per la tipologia: STUDIO e NON (DICASI non) prenotarsi, quindi occupare erroneamente altre tipologie di visto, tutte le eventuali prenotazioni effettuate dagli studenti su altre tipologie di visto saranno automaticamente cancellate e quindi NON considerate ai fini dell’appuntamento per la presentazione della domanda di visto.
Inoltre, si tiene a precisare come il procedimento per la prenotazione dell’appuntamento online avviene tramite un sistema di appuntamenti giornalieri ben consolidato, come avviene ormai da anni ed in qualsiasi istituzione, sia pubblica che privata. I richiedenti possono visitare il sito:

Altrimenti, si deve verificare la disponibilità degli appuntamenti nei giorni successivi, è l’unico metodo valido disponibile per tutti infatti, dopo aver completato correttamente tutti i passaggi della prenotazione, i potenziali richiedenti potrebbero ricevere il messaggio: “Gli slot per gli appuntamenti non sono disponibili” o altro messaggio similare.
Si prega di comprendere che non si tratta di un errore tecnico, ma piuttosto di un avviso che al momento non ci sono slot/spazi per appuntamenti disponibili.
Questo è un avviso e potrebbe accadere, dipende semplicemente dal fatto che gli “slot giornalieri” programmati sono completamente prenotati da altri richiedenti il visto precedenti.
Attenzione: Non si risolve inviando email continue al Consolato, il Consolato non si occupa dell’aspetto appuntamenti e le email inviate non avranno alcuna risposta, verranno automaticamente cancellate.

for entry visas to Italy and Schengen, please note that the only method to submit your visa application is exclusively through the Intiana Outsourcing Center, formerly BLS, in Karachi or Quetta.
It is emphasized that the Consulate of Italy in Karachi does NOT provide any other methods or alternative channels and, according to Schengen regulations, does NOT cooperate, has NO agreements, and does NOT accept any interference from consulting agencies, travel agencies, or other external entities for any type of visa.
Every person interested in applying for a visa, of any type, must individually, on their own, complete the procedure to obtain the online appointment necessary to submit their visa application, complete with the required documentation as detailed comprehensively and thoroughly on the official website. What is described here is the only legal procedure.
The Italian Consulate in Karachi is responsible only for applicants who are residents of the Sindh and Baluchistan regions and NOT for other regions of the Country.
STUDENT VISAS: Please ATTENTION from all applicants (students) interested in applying for a STUDY visa, it is requested that THE applicants be careful and diligent in booking only the slots provided daily for the type: STUDY and NOT Booking, mistakenly, taking other types of visas, any reservations made by students for other types of visas will be automatically cancelled and therefore NOT considered for the appointment to submit the visa application.
Additionally, it should be noted that the process for booking an appointment online takes place through a well-established daily appointment system, as has been the case for years in any institution, both public and private. Applicants can visit the website:

In fact, this is the only valid method available for everyone. After correctly completing all the booking steps, potential applicants might receive the message: “Appointment slots are not available” or a similar message.
Please understand that this is not a technical error, but rather a notice that there are currently no available appointment slots.
This is a notice and it might happen, it simply depends on the fact that the scheduled ‘daily slots’ are fully booked by other previous visa applicants.
Attention: This cannot be resolved by sending continuous emails to the Consulate. The Consulate does not handle appointment matters, and emails sent will not receive any response and will be automatically deleted.
The Consulate of Italy in Karachi reserves the right to take legal action with the competent police and judicial authorities against all those who advertise this type of prohibited, false, deceitful services and different from what is described here in detail.
