With this Public Notice, companies/institutions are invited to read the announcement for the sponsorship of the events that will be organized by this Consulate from April 2025 to January 2026:
- Italian National Day (June 2025)
- Italian Language Week (October 2025)
- Italian Cuisine Week (November 2025)
- Other Cultural and/or Commercial Events (2025)
After publication of the notice of the event on the website of this Consulate, the interested parties must send their offer by 20th May 2025. The sponsorship offer must be sent to the following email addresses: amm.karachi@esteri.it and segreteria.karachi@esteri.it
To avoid possible fraudulent actions by third parties unrelated to this Consulate, please note that the sponsorship is to be considered valid only upon signature of a specific agreement by the legal representative of the offering party and by the Head of the Office of this Italian Consulate, or by a delegate.
In the case of pure sponsorship (i.e. monetary donations), the banking requirements of the Consulate itself will be provided exclusively by the Administrative Accounting Office of this Consulate amm.karachi@esteri.it
