Dear Applicants,
for entry visas to Italy and Schengen, please note that the only method to submit your visa application is exclusively through the Intiana Outsourcing Center, formerly BLS, in Karachi or Quetta.
It is emphasized that the Consulate of Italy in Karachi does NOT provide any other methods or alternative channels and, according to Schengen regulations, does NOT cooperate, has NO agreements, and does NOT accept any interference from consulting agencies, travel agencies, or other external entities for any type of visa.
Every person interested in applying for a visa, of any type, must individually, on their own, complete the procedure to obtain the online appointment necessary to submit their visa application, complete with the required documentation as detailed comprehensively and thoroughly on the official website. What is described here is the only legal procedure.
The procedure for booking an appointment online takes place through a well-established daily appointment system, as is the case in any institution, whether public or private. Applicants can visit the website:
https://theitalyvisa.com/ and book an appointment, if the slot is available. Otherwise, you need to check the availability of appointments on the following days. In fact, this is the only valid method available for everyone. After correctly completing all the booking steps, potential applicants might receive the message: “Appointment slots are not available” or a similar message.
Please understand that this is not a technical error, but rather a notice that there are currently no available appointment slots.
This is a notice and it might happen, it simply depends on the fact that the scheduled ‘daily slots’ are fully booked by other previous visa applicants.
Attention: This cannot be resolved by sending continuous emails to the Consulate. The Consulate does not handle appointment matters, and emails sent will not receive any response and will be automatically deleted.
The Consulate of Italy in Karachi reserves the right to take legal action with the competent police and judicial authorities against all those who advertise this type of prohibited, false, deceitful services and different from what is described here in detail.
