We inform that, pursuant to the Decree published on 17th of March 2020, the validity of passports, identity cards (paper and electronic) and driving licenses issued by the Italian state and expired from 31st January 2020 has been extended until 31st August 2020, only for identification purposes (they will not be valid for expatriation and crossing borders). Similarly, the Italian government has extended the validity of all residence permits, issued to foreigners in Italy and expiring between 31st of January and 15th of April 2020, until the 15th of June 2020.
