Pakistani students enrolled in Universities out of Sindh and Baluchistan or abroad (United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia etc.) must apply for their study visa at the closest Italian Visa Office (e.g. Consulate General of Italy in Houston for Pakistani students enrolled in that University etc.).
They are in fact considered resident of the Country where they are studying as their scholarship for Italy is sponsoder by their Univeristy.
