University pre-enrolment
Folowing are the documents to be submitted for the pre-enrolment for an Italian University
• two photocopies of Secondary School (SSC) Certificates and Transcripts.
• two photocopies of Higher School Certificates (HSC) and Transcripts.
• two photocopies of your Bachelor Degrees and Transcripts.
• original SSC certificates, transcripts and two photocopies attested from IBCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairmen).
• original HSC certificates, transcripts and two photocopies attested from IBCC.
• original Bachelor/Master Degrees, Transcripts and two photocopies attested from Higher Education Commission in Karachi or Islamabad.
• In case of Cambridge Examinations: O/A levels or a degree obtained by a foreign university, students must get an equivalence certificate for their qualification and an attested photocopy of the same from IBCC and HEC.
• IELTS/TOEFL Certification or a certificate from University attesting that all courses of degree program and medium of teaching was in English.
• All attested documents need to be translated into Italian language, for this you can contact (Mr. Farhan Siddiqui on 0300-2661104/021-36609302 or Mr. Aslam Parvaiz on 0300-9276562) and legalized according the istructions availabe on the page "Legalization"
• Having completed the procedure you can call us or write an e-mail in order to fix an appointment.
• On the day of your appointment at Italian Consulate please bring your original passport with a photocopy and a recent photograph.
• The deadline to apply for the pre-endrolment is the first week of July for Fall Semester and December for the Spring Semester.
The following forms, duly completed in capital letters, must be also submitted:
- A-Form
- C-Form
